HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A QUOTE?
Dave endeavours to undertake site visits on Thursdays and Saturdays each week to discuss clients needs. From there it can take up to two to three weeks depending on suppliers to provide us prices on supplies and materials needed for your job. Quotes are completed and emailed to you. Acceptance of quotes are via email.
MY QUOTE WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED, WHAT GOES INTO A QUOTE?
Quotes include all building materials and supplies from reputable companies. In 2021-2022 we have experienced an increase of up to 30% on the cost of supplies and materials. If the work is over $3,300 mandatory QBCC insurance is payable which starts at $209.86 for the job. In addition to materials and supplies Dave provides quality workmanship to complete jobs.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A BATHROOM RENOVATION?
Bathroom renovations start at $15,000 for a small and very basic renovation with basic fixtures and finishes.
HOW CAN I PAY MY INVOICE?
Two forms of payment are offered to pay invoices; bank transfer and credit card payments. Credit card payments attract a 2.2% administration fee.
